Cancellation Policy

Moro Style reserves the right to cancel or decline an order if the selected product is out of stock or unavailable. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly, and any payment made in advance will be refunded.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Moro Style, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Repairs & Claims — Non-Discounted Items

If a manufacturing defect is found in a non-discounted product, the item may be eligible for repair within 2 months of the purchase date, subject to assessment and approval by Moro Style.

Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or change of size or color.

Purchase Slip Required

For purchases made at our physical outlets, a valid original purchase slip must be presented to process any eligible claim or exchange. Claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Exchange of Online Purchases

Non-discounted products purchased online may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase for a change in size or color, subject to product availability and the conditions of this policy.

Online Exchange — Invoice Required

Customers requesting an exchange for an online purchase must provide the original online order invoice as proof of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Order Cancellation

Moro Style reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders

For eligible prepaid orders that are cancelled or approved for a refund, the refund will be processed within 30 days, subject to the applicable payment method and banking procedures.
